Common questions

How long does it take to receive my order?: Production takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping time (typically 2–10 days depending on your region). See the Shipping page for full estimates.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?: Most drops are limited. Some signature pieces from Ragnarok will be available throughout the season, but exclusive editions don't return.
What size should I order?: Our tees are cut oversized. Check the Size Guide for exact measurements — comparing to a shirt you already own is the most reliable method.
How should I wash my pieces?: Wash inside-out in cold water (max 30°C), with similar colors. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
Do you ship worldwide?: Yes. We ship to most countries — duties and local VAT outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order?: Reach out within 24 hours of placing your order at districteleven.pl@gmail.com. Once production begins we can't make changes.
