Because every piece is printed to order, our return policy is slightly different from a standard retailer. We're still committed to making it right whenever something is off.
Quality issues
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at districteleven.pl@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll send a free replacement.
Wrong size
Sizing is your responsibility — please check the size guide on every product page before ordering. We can't accept returns or exchanges for fit unless the garment was mislabeled by us.
Change of mind (EU customers)
Under EU consumer law, made-to-order items are generally exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. We will, however, always consider a case-by-case solution if you reach out quickly after ordering — write to us within 24 hours and we'll see what's possible before production begins.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you don't have it, or if a package is stuck in transit for more than 21 days, get in touch and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
